About these terms
These terms describe use of Overseascitizens, part of the HPC Consultancy network, including services information, articles, newsletters, enquiries and booking features. Separate agreements may apply to consultancy, products or other services.
Using the website
Use the website lawfully and respect other users. Do not submit fraudulent or misleading information, send spam, upload harmful material, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with website security.
Information, articles and opportunities
Published content provides general information and does not replace professional advice based on your circumstances. Verify relevant details before making a significant decision. Service and opportunity details can change; confirm availability, pricing, qualifications and conditions with HPC or the named provider. A listing does not itself form an agreement or guarantee an outcome.
Enquiries, bookings and service agreements
Submitting a contact form or Live Message requests a response; it does not create a service agreement. Calendar bookings are completed through the booking provider’s confirmation process. Agree any scope of work, fees, responsibilities and cancellation arrangements separately with the relevant provider before work begins.
External providers and links
Some information and links relate to independent providers. Confirm who will deliver a service and which terms apply. External sites, including booking, WhatsApp and social-media services, operate under their own terms and policies. Contact us if you need help identifying the responsible provider.
Information you submit
Provide accurate information that you are entitled to share. Do not include another person’s confidential information without permission. Contact us if details in an enquiry or booking need to be corrected.
Content and permitted use
Website text, branding and images may belong to HPC or their respective owners. You may read and share links to our pages. Contact the relevant rights holder before reproducing content, using branding or republishing material. Do not remove attribution or suggest an endorsement that has not been given. Uses permitted by applicable law remain unaffected.
