Algeria Introduces Online Payment for Veterinary Professional Stamp Duties

Algeria's General Directorate of Taxes introduced an electronic payment service on 26 October 2026 for stamp duties associated with practising as a veterinary doctor. The service operates through the Tabioucom digital platform and allows payments using interbank cards and Edahabia cards. No separate technology procurement contract or implementation price was announced.
