The proposed route is intended to support development in Algeria’s southern regions and strengthen connectivity towards West Africa; the announcement concerned project discussions and did not establish a new contract award or disclose a new total project price.
Engineering firms, railway suppliers and infrastructure consultants can explore opportunities in feasibility studies, project monitoring and transport planning. HPC can support infrastructure analytics, cost modelling and performance monitoring; no separate HPC contract value was disclosed.
