Algeria Advances Green Hydrogen Cooperation and Energy Investment

Algeria is strengthening its position in regional energy markets while exploring lower-emission technologies and new energy partnerships. The 14th NAPEC Energy and Hydrogen Exhibition and Conference opened in Oran on 5 October 2026 and ran through 7 October, bringing together energy-sector stakeholders to discuss investment, hydrogen and emissions reduction. The SoutH2 Corridor initiative also supports cooperation between Algeria and European and Mediterranean partners on green hydrogen.
Infrastructure developers, utilities and energy companies require detailed feasibility analysis, project monitoring and capital-allocation tools. HPC supports infrastructure and energy companies with project modelling, regulatory tracking and risk analysis for a professional service fee of $850,000.
